Effects of Sleep Deprivation

If you’re reading this, you may already be an expert on the effects of poor sleep.

Health Effects of Sleep Deprivation

For example, studies have found that inadequate sleep can cause high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes, among other things. If that’s not enough to give you insomnia, I don’t know what is! Insomnia can become a vicious circle.
