Individual CBT-I is considered the gold standard in insomnia treatment. One on one sessions give you the best support and recommendations based on your individual history of sleep and insomnia. You have the opportunity to ask questions, as we troubleshoot and add or fine-tune strategies based on your own unique progress and experiences.
Between 5 and 8 sessions are ideal for the majority of people. You may know that this is much faster success than achieved with most psychotherapy services.
FEES FOR INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:
75-minute sessions are $255.00 (+ GST).
60 minute session is $204.00 (+ GST).
*** Please note that there is a one-time intake and assessment fee of $40.00 (+GST) for group and individual sessions.

CHECK YOUR EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS
More and more employee and student health care plans (for example, some
Blue Cross, Sunlife, ManuLife, Great West Life, Greenshields and others)
are providing coverage for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor
(RCC). This is between you and your extended health plan, so you will want to
confirm with them that they cover online services from a Registered Clinical
Counsellor, as you’ll need to pay for the counselling session yourself and then
request reimbursement from them.
